Goals & Objectives
International Executive Board & Committees
Objective: Be an effective leader, adviser, and facilitator of parliamentary procedure in the execution of board and committee responsibilities.

As a member of the International Executive Board serve as a champion for the rights of members and adviser on the Constitution & Bylaws and governing documents of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

Drive meaningful and effective policies and amendments of the Constitution and Bylaws of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.

Support committee meetings on matters associated with the Constitution & Bylaws and policies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
Education & Training
Objective: Promote a culture of continuous education and training in parliamentary procedure including the adoption of “Zeta Safe Zones” for members and leaders to learn and teach parliamentary procedure.

Develop the Zeta Body of Knowledge (ZBoK) for parliamentary procedure, guidelines and training tools to empower and educate our sisterhood about parliamentary procedure, including periods of disruption to the organization.

Collaborate with Zeta leadership to expand access to focused training and development opportunities on parliamentary procedure within existing training programs and leadership conferences.

Design and implement focused training throughout the sisterhood on the 12th edition of Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised.
Consultation & Advice
Objective: Partner with Zeta leadership to promote efficient and effective execution of parliamentary procedure in service to our sisterhood.

Collaborate with Zeta leadership to provide tools and advice on meeting agendas, responses to parliamentary inquiries, and support the efficient and effective transaction of business during meetings of the international body.

Facilitate personal one-to-one and group meetings with International elected and appointed officers, and Boulé presiding officers to strengthen understanding of parliamentary procedure specific to their roles in service to our sisterhood.

Provide access to engage with officers to consult on activities pertaining to the constitution & bylaws and policy matters through direct and group forums.
